• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK time with 30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 37.5 hours per week
  

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and be ready to take charge and manage our existing HR processes. This role involves maintaining and enhancing our policies and procedures, managing payroll, and keeping accurate staff records.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  

• Ensure compliance with established HR policies and procedures.
  

• Maintain payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment.
  

• Keep and update individual staff records.
  

• Handle employee inquiries and resolve any HR-related issues.
  

• Support management with HR-related tasks and projects.
  

• Foster a positive work environment and promote company values.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  

• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  

• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
