Job Summary
At Ketryx, we’re on a mission to help medical software teams build secure, reliable applications that make a real difference in people’s lives. We give them the tools to automate the tough parts of compliance and quality so they can focus on what matters most: creating life-saving products with confidence.
As a Project Manager at Ketryx, you’ll be a critical force behind the successful execution of our strategic and time-sensitive initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and client operations, keeping an overview of multiple projects, ensuring that key projects get delivered with clarity and impact. You’ll drive cross-functional execution across teams, proactively raise and resolve roadblocks, and provide the team with a single source of truth for project plan, timeline, and dependencies.
This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role—not passive coordination. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment where priorities shift quickly, timelines are tight, and outcomes matter. Success requires sharp judgment, structured thinking, and strong communication, balancing external stakeholder expectations and the internal team’s capacity and wellbeing. We’re looking for someone who can keep multiple workstreams on track, facilitate rapid decision-making, and help us scale our delivery operations as we grow.
Your work will have a direct impact on the future of healthcare technology.
About You
You’re passionate about software and making a real impact. You’re curious, enjoy solving tough problems, and love the idea of working in a fast-moving environment where you can take initiative. You’re comfortable collaborating in English with team members from different areas, and you take pride in owning projects from beginning to end. Above all, you’re excited about using technology to improve patient outcomes.
Ideally you will be currently located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support non-EU citizens for the position at this time.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple cross-functional project timelines, dependencies, and documentations
- Follow various discussions in different teams that would impact the project plan/timeline, making sure to distill the takeaways and maintain a single source of truth for the project
- Drive accountability across teams and keep everyone aligned and focused
- Make sure there are no loose ends in discussions/projects. Proactively follow up with the right people to wrap up the discussions/projects.
- Proactively identify and raise risks and blockers to the broader team. If possible, mitigate them before they become problems
- Maintain structured project tracking tools that can be used at any time for the team’s capacity, planning, and trade-off discussions
- Help with software development release management
- Support the creation of client reports when necessary
- Organize team meetings, such as sprint planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions, together with product manager and engineers
- Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders daily
- Foster collaboration across disciplines to keep workstreams aligned and on track
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and align execution with strategic goals

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role managing projects within cross-functional teams, such as engineering, product, sales, and client operations, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and clarify multiple project plans, timelines, dependencies, and documentation
- Strong, concise communication skills and the ability to lead/influence without authority
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail and quality
