Pay range:

$21.79 - $32.69

Primary job functions are batch scanning, indexing electronic documents into electronic medical record (EMR) and data integrity of the medical record.  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. HIM associate degree, or other healthcare degree preferred.

• One year healthcare or administrative experience preferred.  

• Inpatient or outpatient health information management department experience also preferred. 

• Proficient computer skills including typing by touch, MS Word, Excel, and acceptable Windows based navigation abilities; demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills. 

• Excellent organization and detail oriented skills.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate professionally in English, both in writing and verbally.

For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
