Marketing Coordinator

What you’ll do:

• Provide administrative support for the Marketing department, handling tasks ranging from simple to complex projects
• Support lead generation by coordinating trade shows, meetings, and customer events, managing logistics from planning to execution
• Conduct market research to identify and predict current/future customer trends, with a focus on competitors and overall market dynamics
• Create marketing materials, including customer-facing pieces such as case studies, press releases, blog posts, adverts, and advertorials
• Measure the effectiveness of advertisements and promotions to ensure a greater return on investment
• Handle vendors' payments and purchase orders from start to finish, ensuring financial acumen and organization. Perform monthly reconciliations of purchase orders and credit card orders for vendors. Keep organized records of monthly departmental spend

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, or Relevant years of experience  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Advanced user of all Microsoft products, Analytical tools in Excel (Power BI, Salesforce, and Marketing Automation software is a plus)
• Power generation and/or temperature control industry knowledge  
• Excellent Business Acumen and an ability to work in teams as well as independently
