Technical Operations Coordinator

Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, provides Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. SealingTech is looking for a multi-talented team member to serve as a technical operations manager. This includes elements of training coordination, technical writing, and program management. This role will coordinate training and training materials, write, update, and maintain technical documents, and assist with program management responsibilities.

Duties:

• Create and/or maintain technical manuals and other program documentation.
• Write detailed technical specifications.
• Support the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate training logistics, including managing training venues, making travel arrangements, and providing general training support.
• Identify training needs, requirements, and constraints, from customers.
• Present training recommendations/solutions to clients and leadership.
• Working with the PM, interface with program stakeholders to ensure program activities are executed on time and within budget.
• Developing strong relationships with customers to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Complete program deliverables.
• Understand, track, and articulate issues/risks items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders/clients as needed.
• Assist with planning and monitoring budgets for equipment, resources, and vendors.
• Working with the PM and recruiter to assist with job description development and performing interviews of candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizen
• BS/BA in a technical discipline, business, or a related program.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and public speaking skills for briefing stakeholders.
• 3+ years working in information technology.
• 3+ years technical writing experience.
• 1 or more years of experience with agile processes.
• Live within practical commuting distance of Columbia, MD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the DoD sector with knowledge of DoD processes, procedures, and terminology.
• Experience working in Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO).
• Experience working with advanced information systems networking technologies.
• Project leadership, management, or directly related experience.
• Security+ Certification.
• Active Secret DoD clearance or the ability to obtain one.

**This role has an internal job title of Program Manager I or II depending on experience**

Salary Range: $100K-$125K plus commission and potential to qualify for bonuses. The anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
