Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Craft and deliver timely, impactful communications to educate internal and external audiences on organizational strategies, goals, and progress, while promoting our Purpose.
Distribute organization-wide updates to foster teammate connection and alignment.
Develop resources and forums to enhance awareness and education for internal teams and key partners.
Lead initiatives to build a high-performing, mission-driven Global Technology Team with a strong, unified culture.
Drive the employee lifecycle roadmap from ideation to execution, enhancing the employee experience through programs and activities.
Design and implement processes within the technical organization, ensuring smooth change management through collaboration and consulting.
Provide expertise across areas such as internal processes, financial oversight, compliance, reporting, planning, and communication.
Key Focus Areas Include:
Processes: Create and manage policies, standards, and tools, with a focus on process improvement, transformation, and Agile methodology.
Financial Oversight: Conduct financial analysis, business case preparation, and review.
Compliance/Assurance: Oversee audits, compliance reviews, quality assessments, and vendor relations.
Analysis and Reporting: Deliver metrics, scorecards, performance analysis, and gap identification.
Planning: Coordinate programs, manage roadmaps, and lead strategic and tactical planning.
Communication: Develop leadership presentations, plan events, and manage corporate-wide projects.
Job Contribution:
Expertise in communication (written and verbal), storytelling, organizational development, process design, quality reviews, gap analysis, program management, and strategic planning.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Typically requires 8-10 years of experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven ability to create executive presentations and document processes.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong decision-making skills based on data and analytics.
Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent conflict resolution and issue de-escalation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Skills (Desired):
Familiarity with AT&T project management processes.
Experience in training, public relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
SharePoint development expertise.
Our Principal Tech Business Mgmt, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
