Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always acknowledges guests.   
• Makes cocktails according to TSRC and/or guest specifications.  Offers drink suggestions/recommendations to guests when appropriate.
• Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis.  Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift, and leaves area clean before going on break and prior to shift end.
• Accurately identifies signs of intoxication and stops service to guest in an appropriate manner.
• Creates a positive experience during the guests bar visit to ensure repeat business.

 

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Previous alcohol beverage service preferred.  Knowledge of liquor service standards, compliance laws, and responsible service techniques a plus.
• Must be able to complete alcohol service training.
