Field Services Analyst

Job Summary
The Field Service Analyst is essential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance operations. By analyzing service data, optimizing maintenance schedules, and implementing improvement initiatives, this role supports our commitment to delivering exceptional service and reliability to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect and analyze data related to field service operations, including maintenance schedules, service calls, and equipment performance.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track service metrics and identify trends.
· Work closely with the field service and maintenance teams to optimize scheduling and dispatch processes, reducing downtime and improving customer satisfaction.
· Identify areas for operational improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
· Assist in the development and deployment of training programs for field service staff on new tools, technologies, and best practices.
· Provide technical support to field service teams, including troubleshooting assistance and guidance on complex service issues.
· Participate in the selection and implementation of field service management software and tools.
· Manage and maintain the inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability and optimizing stock levels.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
· Proven experience in field service analysis, maintenance planning, or a related role.
· Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
· Knowledge of field service management and maintenance scheduling software.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
· Experience in a field service or maintenance operations role is highly preferred.
· Familiarity with the Intermodal industry and its service and maintenance challenges is a plus.

Job Requirements
