We currently partner with HR and Finance in order to create a seamless and reliable experience for those working in these areas. Taking care of the downstream integrations from our Finance and HR systems is also our mission, where we ensure that our IT teams have the data needed to manage all applications used by AVIV collaborators. We are constantly looking for the best technical solutions but also putting ourselves in the shoes of our internal stakeholders while working to implement what best suits their needs.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What can you expect</strong></p><ul><li>Work in the enhancement of our Workday tenant via the configuration of Financial Accounting, Supplier/Customer Accounts, Banking &amp; Settlement, Expenses and Budget,</li><li>Support the end users with reports,</li><li>Solve simple security requests,</li><li>Guide end users through the testing of new features,</li><li>Answer to general queries related to Workday Finance.</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge on the core modules of Workday Finance,</li><li>Previous experience in Workday support roles (ticket management, user training, system updates, reporting),</li><li>Good understanding of Finance business processes,</li><li>Good stakeholder management skills,</li><li>Experience in previous workday implementations is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About us</strong></p><p>At AVIV, we are an equal opportunities employer and an organisation where everyone is welcomed to be their authentic selves.
