Support will be provided for learning necessary IT skills.</span></li> <li><span>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li> <li><span>A consultant-oriented approach, including openness to ongoing problem-solving and proactive communication; readiness to learn processes independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
