Position Summary: The Quality Control Documentation Specialist manages, organizes, and distributes quality control documents and photos essential for maintaining ISO9001:2015 compliance and fulfilling customer requirements. This individual ensures accurate documentation handling and effective communication of quality information across teams.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage and organize quality control documents and photographic records to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards.
Distribute quality documentation effectively to internal teams and customers as required.
Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date records of quality control documentation.
Support audits and inspections by ensuring all required documentation and records are readily available and organized.
Collaborate closely with the Quality Control and Project Management teams to meet documentation and reporting requirements.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:

Associate degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing an associate degree.
Basic knowledge or interest in quality control processes and ISO standards.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based role with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.
Standard office hours with potential flexibility depending on project and audit schedules.
