Performs various food service tasks, including food preparation, serving, dishwashing, and food transportation. Provides excellent customer service and may operate a cash register.
Education & Experience:- Required: High school enrollment, diploma, or GED
- Preferred: Experience in food service or customer service

- Ensures food quality, recipe compliance, and adherence to guidelines.
- Meets productivity and service start-time schedules.
- Minimizes waste and follows portion control guidelines.
- Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains high standards.
- Follows sanitation policies to maintain a high health department rating.
- Adheres to workplace safety and sanitation regulations.
- Completes required training, including compliance and safety courses.
- Works as a team player and supports other food service departments.
- Safely delivers and retrieves food trays while following proper protocol.
- Interacts professionally with patients, visitors, and staff, resolving concerns as needed.
- Follows hospital policies and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to department needs
- Strong customer service skills

- Available to work weekends and holidays

- Work in kitchen and retail areas
- Exposure to wet floors and sharp equipment
