JOB DESCRIPTION

The Department of Urology at the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine is seeking applicants for a Clinical Urologist (Staff Physician). The successful candidate will function as a full-time clinician within the Department of Urology reporting directly to the Chairman.  This candidate will function as an attending physician primarily in an outpatient clinic environment and may include responsibility for coverage of some outpatient procedures in an ambulatory setting.  They will also perform clinical activity through the University of Miami Clinical Group (UMMG) clinical practice plan including surgical activity at University of Miami Hospital and Clinics and/or other affiliated hospitals. 

 

Requirements: 

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school or foreign equivalent, completion of an approved urology residency training program, licensed or eligible to obtain a Florida license to practice medicine, and Board-certified or Board-eligible in urology.
