Our team of industry experts continuously innovates to enhance the tools and technology that empower developers around the world.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <p>The Unreal Ecosystem empowers developers to create and publish the next generation of digital entertainment to hundreds of millions of global consumers.  As a Senior Director of Product Management, Unreal Ecosystem, you will serve as the senior business partner to our engine development leadership, owning  strategy and growth for Unreal Editor for Fortnite, UE6 and other Epic developer tools and services. You will define \vision and strategy, partner with product development to bring that vision to life, and work closely with our GTM teams to drive adoption and commercial outcomes.You will bring both strategic vision and operational rigor to one of the most consequential platforms in real-time 3D creation and digital entertainment.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drive ecosystem strategy for Unreal Editor for Fortnite and Unreal Engine, partnering closely with engineering and product leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive creator growth, developer adoption, platform performance, and commercial outcomes</li> <li>Define measurable goals for major roadmap initiatives, track business impact across releases, and use those insights to continuously refine prioritization</li> <li>Stay deeply connected to the UEFN creator and UE developer community, translating their needs and behaviors into ecosystem strategy alongside the creator success team</li> <li>Champion adoption of platform-level social and discovery features, including friends, parties, and text chat into a native layer of the Epic ecosystem</li> <li>Define and grow pathways for developers to participate in the broader epic ecosystem and metaverse economy, shaping new commercial models and open standards</li> <li>Lead and grow a team of product managers, providing mentorship, organizational clarity
