KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Vision and Strategy

• Ability to develop market assessments, business development plans and product life cycle strategies
• Ability to manage a product: the features, functions, value created, profit and loss, strategic planning, market and competitive analysis at a level of skill and knowledge leading to successful outcomes.
• Talent for deciphering key consumer needs for a given product solution. Talent for screening ideas objectively, and recommending high revenue alternatives.
• Able to develop new ideas and business solutions across internal capabilities as well as external partners
• Develops new business models to accommodate a variety of go-to-market avenues
• Program and Product Management
• Manage project to ensure timely and accurate execution across stakeholders
• Manage scope and change control: Direct project deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Skill and capability in driving results with 3rd Party (consultants, legal, etc.) partners
• Anticipate obstacles and objectives to problem solve preemptively
• Teamwork and Communications
• Leads and directs business aspects of new product development with 2-5 members
• Ability to handle criticism, conflict and risk
• Develop productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and/or groups
• Drive results, influence others and work across all areas of the company

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related Technical field with a minimum of 12+ ; Master's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience and track record in Business Development, Product Management, New Product Introduction, beta and market tests, product life cycle management and selecting highly successful options to drive product development and delivering a well-considered profitable business plan.
• Preferred knowledge/experience in beverage industry, on-premise dispense, consumer electronics, and/or commercial kitchen/restaurant equipment.

Pay Range:

$158,000 - $187,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
