Job Description

Asset Management Back Office – Intern

We are looking for a student with an availability min. 30 hours per week to support mainly our

• Customer Service Back Office/ FSEs in account management
• To be first contact for all incoming calls (distributors, forwarding agents, Service Center etc.)

What will you do?

• Support for FSEs in account management;
• Preparing and generating reports of current activities;
• Receiving, solving and/or accurate forwarding of incoming calls to other CHEP departments;
• Administration systems to support and control of customer performance;
• Other tasks as delegated by the Manager.
