JOB SUMMARY
Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our Ski and Ride School Sales Desk team. As a Sales Desk Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience by helping visitors book ski and snowboard lessons, answering questions about our programs, and serving as a friendly, knowledgeable face at the heart of the Ski and Ride School. The Sales Desk Agent is also responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
