Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with hours of 8:30-5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The primary responsibilities include account receivable, sales support, and assisting with various clerical duties. The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Job Qualifications
• Cash applications and deposits
• Accounts receivable review and follow up
• Sales team support (sale reports and sale bonus prep)
• Month-end close and reports
• Order office supplies and business cards
• Clerical duties (mail, data entry, filing, answering phones)
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Basic math and calculating skills
• Strong PC skills (word, excel, power point)
• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm
• Detail orientated
• A strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED is a must
