We seek a full-time Post Production Support Technician who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and has a strong technical foundation in MacOS-based systems, post-production workflows, and high-performance video infrastructure. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical and workflow issues, onboarding and offboarding employees, managing support tickets, escalating complex issues, and ensuring smooth operations for creative teams.
You will work directly with motion graphics, post-production, and creative teams within a leading technology company’s creative division, supporting Mac-based workstations, creative software, and storage environments. You’ll be backed by a team of experienced system administrators and IT professionals to ensure a seamless user experience and top-tier technical support.Job Responsibilities:

You’ll be backed by a team of experienced system administrators and IT professionals to ensure a seamless user experience and top-tier technical support.Job Responsibilities:
- Onboard and offboard creatives employees, including setting up and troubleshooting MacOS workstations for artists and creative professionals.
- Providing hands-on technical support for Mac-based IT environments, including managing email tickets and phone support.
- Troubleshooting creative Mac-based applications, including:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Substance Illustrator, etc.)
- Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, Maya, Autodesk software
- Managing and resolving support tickets using an IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Escalating complex application and system issues to the system admin team when necessary.
- Supporting high-performance video-specific infrastructure systems in enterprise creative environments.
- Setting up and configuring artist workstations to ensure optimal performance.
- Creating and maintaining clear, concise documentation and schedules for IT processes.
- Ensuring a seamless user experience through ongoing interaction with end-users, system administrators, and production teams.
- Provide Managing IT support for motion graphics, post-production, and creative teams within a leading technology company’s creative division.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally supporting motion graphics or post-production desktop computer users.
- Experience working in creative departments within studios, agencies, or corporations, supporting production and post-production teams.
- Hands-on technical experience with MacOS-based computers and Ethernet/Fibre data networks.
- Experience managing and resolving technical support tickets using an IT ticketing system.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for MacOS, creative software, and post-production workflows.
- Experience setting up and configuring artist workstations to meet high-performance needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and document solutions effectively.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Apple Genius or previous Apple Store experience
- Knowledge of Jamf and Apple device management tools.
- Familiarity with Xsan/StorNext SAN environments
