In this role you will be responsible for automation equipment availability and spares management</p> <h3><strong>In This R</strong><strong>ole You Will</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Resolve unplanned down events and driving successful recoveries with high reliability</li> <li>Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with engineers and operations team to support equipment upgrade project timelines and objectives</li> <li>Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide a shift-to-shift communication summary to keep all team members working toward the same goals, priorities and expand communication to relevant audiences impacted or to bring awareness&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage existing spares inventory and keep inventory accurate</li> <li>Document maintenance activities and any modifications made to equipment</li> <li>Comply with company safety regulations and department safety programs and all company policies and procedures&nbsp;</li> <li>Impact the company’s overall&nbsp; performance by contributing to a positive work culture, encouraging good build practices, and helping to create and improve robust engineering workflows and processes&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Mechatronics-Electrical and/or Controls Automation, Equipment Test experience environment of high-volume manufacturing&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong preventive mainten
