As a summer trainee, you will have a chance to put your skills into practice and be part of our global community. Each year, we recruit tens of summer trainees in Finland and organize joint activities to help trainees get to know each other and collaborate. We are now looking for a Summer Trainee, Customer Service to join our Spare Parts & Proposals-team.

 

As a summer trainee, your key tasks include: 

• Sales order handling

• Quoting (spare parts & services) to internal & external customers

• Sales order monitoring

• Outbound creation & monitoring

• Communication with customers

• Initiating invoice process

• Dunning follow-up.

 

For our summer internships, we are looking for individuals who share our passion and commitment to future engineering solutions that shape the world. We recruit individuals with various backgrounds to bring new ideas and perspectives to our business. We appreciate your ability to collaborate, network and find solutions together. 

 

In addition, we hope you have following backgrounds: 

• Studies in relevant field, such as business or economics

• Studies in other suitable technical field

• Basic skills in reading technical drawings are an advantage

• Good skills in Finnish and English language; other language skills are an advantage

The location of the job is Kotka center of excellence. Your preferred starting date would be the beginning of May and the summer job lasts until the end of August.
