Job Description

•    Collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational business objectives. 
•    Compiles and analyzes data, preparing comprehensive reviews and specialized reports. 
•    Reviews and ensures personnel and financial actions are processed accurately and timely in Success Factors/ADP, respectively.
•    Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
•    Utilizes data-driven methodologies to guide and influence strategic business decisions. 
•    Analyzes HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies. 
•    Discusses and explains HealthHelp’s human resources related policies with employees and supervisors. 
•    Recognizes coaching opportunities for managers and employees and provides assistance in discussions for performance improvement.
•    Assists managers and leadership on various platforms in support of business initiatives. 
•    Reviews local human resource policies to ensure compliance with state laws, federal regulations, etc. and revises policies to maintain compliance as necessary while developing and recommending new policies as necessary.  
•    Provide guidance to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness within the enterprise. 
•    Assists in the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives. 
•    Coordinates and actively contributes to employee engagement activities, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving retention.
•    Partners with supervisors, employees, and third-party agencies in facilitating leave of absences (i.e FMLA, military, disability claims).
•    Partners with supervision and workforce departments to ensure ADA accommodations are received, acted upon, and monitored.
•    Assists in the communication, interpretation, and maintenance of the employee handbook, employee directory, organizational chart, and development of policies.
•    Conducts investigations of human resources ethics violations or other issues as directed by the Vice President of HR, making recommendations of corrective actions to the local managers and Vice President of HR, if deficiencies are found. 
•    Investigates grievances and recommends action to the local manager after discussing with the Vice President of Human Resources.
•    Conducts exit interviews and satisfaction surveys to share feedback with BU Heads to identify opportunities, establish trends, and action them.
•    Responds to requests from DOL agencies (unemployment claims) and represents HealthHelp at unemployment hearings. 
•    Develops and delivers training sessions on various human resources policies and procedures to supervisors and employees.
•    Manages employee records and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
•    Assists Payroll department in reviewing bi-weekly payroll processing, including salary changes, benefit deductions, commissions, bonus, garnishments, taxes, overtime, PTO, etc.
•    Reviews and approves personnel actions related to formal disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with policy and federal and state laws.
