Finance and HR Technology Manager

Responsibilities

• Join a team reporting to the CFO, collaborating with the global team in defining, building, and maintaining financial reporting & controls applications and services

• Audit legacy systems for remediation, refactoring, and re-building

• Directly maintain and improve Tower Oracle integrations, including Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service,  Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service, Fusion Self Service Procurement Cloud Service Partnering with the CFO and Head of HR Operations on infrastructure enhancement and process improvement

Qualifications / Experience

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience

• Experience working with Oracle applications noted above

• Hands on expertise in Python, equivalent or lower-level languages as well as Linux - Airflow a plus

• Strong project management experience (either partnering with internal technology teams or 3rd party vendors)

• Identifying inefficiencies around data gathering, representation, reporting, and associated workflows in the existing systems and processes, and delivering short term improvements
