Supervisor, Merchandise Warehouse

JOB SUMMARY:

Oversees daily functions of warehouse. Ensures that the movement of revenue is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that all orders are selected (pulled) in the required time and that personnel are meeting their requirements.
• Ensures all deliveries of food items are made in the required time and are handled properly during the delivery.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory by tracking materials from receiving to distributing material to areas on company property or outside companies.
• Maintains attendance and payroll of warehouse personnel on a daily basis. Performs quarterly and annual reviews for each direct report. Schedules personnel to meet daily work load requirements.
• Ensures that all rush and emergency orders are selected and delivered to SOP.
• Responsible for upkeep of warehouse and to ensure safe working conditions.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• High School or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years warehouse experience required with 1-3 years providing direction required
• ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
