Key Responsibilities:

Deliver, troubleshoot, and clean HVAC rental equipment and related products, including but not limited to air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1,000 tons and Hot water boilers up to 200 hp.

Maintain, service, and install rental systems 

Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs

Regular use of power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed 

Operate equipment vehicles, including forklifts 

Load and unload trucks 

Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers 

Perform other duties to support the business as needed, including inventory count, general maintenance, cleaning, lifting, and organizing

Required Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA 608 Universal license.
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial HVAC, including servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience with air-cooled or water-cooled chillers.
• 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Rentals experience
• Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one
