Responsibilities:
As ThankYou Rewards strives to deliver rewards across various redemption journeys for customers, our platform and redemption partners are key to our strategy. As we grow, our vision is to develop integrated relationships in priority categories while enabling alternative online solutions to deliver full redemption breadth and flexibility to our members at attractive economics. This program manager role will work across our redemption journey owners and other internal stakeholders, as well as our external platform and redemption partners to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency:
- Oversee data transfers from our platform partner to various internal business units including Analytics and Marketing
- Partner with ThankYou Operations and other internal teams around expanding TY functionalities, marketing strategies and general operational issue resolution
- Manage redemption partner points redemption pass-through budgets and other contractual payments, overseeing the processing of partner invoices, creating/managing partner POs, and ensuring timely responses to invoice issues
- Assist in the development of decks and quarterly business reviews for existing partners that cover all aspects of strategy, performance, financials and capabilities management oversight
- Support ongoing ThankYou projects through management of ThankYou tech roadmap and prioritization of ongoing partner change requests and incident items
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Project management experience with the proven ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and achieve milestones within deadlines.
- Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities in addition to strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships, build partnerships, and influence a group of diverse stakeholders across the businesses and key functional support areas.
- Detail oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business.
- Functional knowledge of the Credit Cards industry and applicable rules, regulations, and processes.
- Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
