Holman Motorcars St. Louis is looking for a Service and Parts Manager to join their team!
The Service and Parts Manager is responsible for the performance of our service and parts business, while creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers and employees. In this role, the Service and Parts Manager will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service staff. You will work hand in hand with the General Manager to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.
As a Service and Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Set a clear vision and goals for the Service & Parts Department to achieve targeted performance
Coach, develop, engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service & Parts Department
Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones
Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service
What you need to be successful:
3 to 4 years of experience running an automotive service or parts department is required
People oriented, earn customers and employee’s loyalty with a positive and energetic personality
Ability to build strong teams and lead by example
Desire to recruit, coach, train and mentor service staff to exceed their goals
Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Expected Total Annual Compensation in the range of $140k-$190k for highly qualified candidates with proven experience as a Service Manager with a comparable ultra-luxury store. Pay is inclusive of bi-weekly base salary, monthly manager KPIs bonus, plus additional annual commission incentives based on store performance.
