The Back Counter Part Sales is responsible for loading parts lists into ASIST, and Fusion with accurate pricing, and communicating availability. They are responsible for gathering and delivering the parts to the Service Department, accurately and quickly.

Service Repair Order duties include:

• Creates accurate parts lists for estimates.
• Fills Service Department pick lists for approved work.
• Works with inventory control for backorder tracking.
• Completes necessary quotes, invoices and orders forms as appropriate for specialty items.
• Delivers and picks-up parts and cores to service bays.
• Other duties as assigned

Parts Department Support duties include:

• Assists in unpacking and packing parts for UPS shipment if needed.
• Assists with physical inventory.
• Manages weekly core returns.
• Makes over the counter and telephone sales, invoices customers and takes payments.
• Assists customers in part selection, provides technical information and adice.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidates Posses:

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-player attitude at all times!
• Customer-focused service approach
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone.
• High school diploma
