Working collaboratively with Jefferson Corporate Finance, this position leads Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) finance and capital management for the Jefferson enterprise. EAM departments supported include Real Estate, Planning, Design and Construction, and Facilities Operations. The position leads capital management including development, tracking, and reporting of the enterprise capital program and works with Planning, Design and Construction, and Finance to support the capital budget approval process and capital cash flow management for EAM capital projects. Solid organization, reporting, and analytical skills are essential for success.Job Description
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
- Develops and maintains a consolidated, strategic, long-term facilities capital plan integrating routine and strategic capital projects and capital renewal projects.
- Leads the EAM capital approval process and monitors progress of the capital program performance vs. plan.
- Leads capital program cash flow forecasting and reporting and improves forecasting methods and models.
- Develops and maintains capital projects reporting and data visualization, and provides analysis of capital projects metrics.
- Leads analysis of capital program management including project / planning intake, funding requests and approvals, projects execution, and cash flow.
