Clinical Director for Personal Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our personal care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to influence clinical practices, improve patient outcomes, and foster a positive environment for both staff and clients.
Position is Full-time salaried position working Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift, no weekends required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical operations of personal care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and professional development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure service excellence
- Manage clinical documentation, reporting, and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting personal care services

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be a LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing and be currently licensed by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, Department of State;
- Valid licensure or certification relevant to clinical role within personal care, memory care, healthcare, or related settings
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
