Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Consultant to lead the training strategy and execution for our SAP S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that drive user adoption and support the transition to new business processes and systems. This role will collaborate closely with change management, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer and enablement across the organization.

Requirements:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to support SAP S/4 HANA enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Assess end-user training needs to identify training requirements/gaps and determine specific S/4 HANA functionalities required and to ensure users become proficient with the software & new business processes
• Develop & execute training strategy and plan that includes all training, learning, and enablement activities across all stakeholder groups impacted
• Create training curriculum that aligns with business objectives and includes e-learning, hands on exercises, simulations, and classroom delivery 
• Develop train-the-trainer courses to enable client SMEs to deliver training
• Participate in training content creation to include facilitator guides, presentations, e-learning, simulations
• Manage stakeholders through effective communication to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities
• Monitor effectiveness of training through quizzes, surveys and other evaluation methods and adapt plan as required
• Develop and execute Hypercare and post go live support plans to enable full user adoption and change sustainment 
• Collaborate closely with change management to ensure user transition and adopt of new technology and business processes
• Travel required up to 50% based on client needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience as an instructional designer
• Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices
• Extensive knowledge of S/4 HANA Public and Private Cloud
• Ability to create effective and engaging course materials geared toward each stakeholder needs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training workstreams simultaneously through a detailed work plan and training trackers
• Experience with learning management systems, Enable Now, Walk Me and Signavio highly preferred
• Oversee translation of training materials
• Practical experiences including planning, design, and delivery of training content in more than one full ERP project lifecycles
