Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• The Project Manager role is for home appliance products like wall mount ovens, microwave, refrigerator, dryers & washers. All the products are controlled using ACUs (Appliance Controller Unit) connected to various sensors and actuators and user interaction happens using HMIs (Human Machine Interface). As an PM, one should be able to understand and drive the design, development and integration of the electronics, electrical and software (Firmware + Application) components of the product.
• Ensure project development activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets to support the project plans and project execution;
• Responsible for system level design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and technical decision making for issue resolution within the project/product plan guardrails;
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems, software, and hardware components in products (Appliances preferred) industry. Ensure compatibility, functionality, and reliability.
• System Testing: Develop and implement comprehensive testing protocols to verify the functionality of integrated systems. Identify and rectify any issues or inconsistencies.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize system integration processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system integration processes, configurations, and testing results. Create user guidelines for system operation and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and objectives. Collaborate on the design and integration of new features and technologies.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system integration issues. Develop and implement solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that integrated systems meet the highest quality and performance standards. Conduct regular quality checks and audits.
• Drive closure of DFMEA action plans and updated Occurrence & Detection, based on Concept and Design Validation data and functional performance stacks

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires 5 + years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 5 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and globally
• System design & system Integration;
• System Integration capabilities, Critical Systems Thinker;
• Strong EE background, IOT domain
• Base level: Exceptional problem solving approch with OPEX certification
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) (additional language is a plus)
• Knowledge on Electronics/ Electrical concepts and related field
• Knowledge in given Product Platform
• Project Management certification (PMP) or similar
• Presentation and communication skills;
• Black Belt/Green Belt trained or certified / Opex tools knowledge and application;

Work Arrangement Fully OnSite: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
