We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Finance Processes team, part of our Finance General Division.

Your role involves proactive collaboration with the PM-Director in both the daily and strategic management of significant projects, including SAP rollouts in new countries and companies, as well as Digital strategy-related projects. The principal aim is to guarantee the punctual and cost-effective delivery of projects, adhering closely to approved requirements and deliverables. This entails comprehensive involvement in project planning, execution, and oversight, emphasizing the importance of aligning outcomes with predetermined objectives.

Your role will encompass:

• Manage project activities & tasks on a day-to-day basis
• Manage the Project Team daily and escalate critical issues for resolution
• Lead project progress reporting to Project management Team & Steerco
• Collaborates with the PM in planning & management of project scope, timeline, budget, deliverables & milestones
• Collaborates with other Departments (e.g. IT, Treasury) as well as external consultants and informs promptly all stakeholders on the progress of the Projects
• Coordinate change management, consultants/vendors management and risk management
• Coordinate overall project logistics (e.g. arranging Team working meetings, PM meetings, Steering Committees etc)

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
• MSc in Finance or other relevant field would be considered an asset
• 3+ years of experience in relevant field
• Experience in the energy sector or in technological and IT-oriented projects is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of project management tools, techniques, and best practices
