The Opportunity
The Project Director for nuclear engineering services and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects manages all aspects of complex EPC and service projects, including risk to cost, schedule, and quality. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own EPC project execution for small modular reactor (SMR) deployment, including phased project execution of engineering, procurement, and construction scope with accountability for performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Establish strategies for constructability, design maturity, procurement, and execution planning.
- Construct, manage, and lead large multidisciplinary teams, including global resources and project managers.
- Coordinate and integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities, including third‑party contributors.
- Set expectations and actively promote a strong nuclear and industrial safety culture.
- Identify, develop, and deliver new and repeat business opportunities, including participation in key contract negotiations with client executives.
- Clearly communicate and manage risk associated with cost and schedule estimates.
The Team
Our Nuclear solution serves our clients to provide services from study level to full-scale EPC execution for nuclear power generation solutions. As a Project Director you are the execution hub for our clients and project teams, providing leadership and alignment for successful nuclear generation projects.

Management Responsibilities
Acts as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.Preferred Qualifications
- Typically 18 years experience
- Experience with Nuclear power projects.
- Engineering Services or EPC Project Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
