We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR team in a broad and varied role within an international environment. You will work closely with colleagues and employees across different countries and contribute to a smooth and professional HR operation.
Your responsibilities:
You support the daily HR operations and handle a wide range of administrative and operational HR tasks.
You contribute to various HR projects, with a strong focus on international employment.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure accurate and timely personnel and payroll administration.
You manage and follow up on employee files and ensure internal policies and procedures remain aligned with changes in social legislation.
You act as a point of contact for employees with HR-related and social-legal questions.
You support the full recruitment process and help coordinate the onboarding of new colleagues, including all related administrative tasks.
You work closely with the HR Manager and other HR colleagues, acting as a back-up where needed.
You handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
What do we expect from you?
You have initial relevant experience in HR or hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
You work accurately and in a structured way and can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
You are able to set priorities and switch easily between different tasks.
You are hands-on, communicative, and enjoy working as part of a team.
You have solid MS Office skills and are quick to learn new tools.
You are looking for a stable role and are motivated to grow and develop long-term within the company.
