Hilltop Park Post Acute is Hiring a Social Services Assistant!
Shift: Full-time

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to Expect:
Assist the social services director to meet the facility residents' psychosocial needs

Successful Candidates:
Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred
Prior health-care experience preferred
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
Rate: $21-$24/hour
