Electrical Maintenance Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implements electrical maintenance standards, and defines electrical maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a manufacturing plant.
• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
• Define electrical maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
• Plan and coordinate all electrical maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
• Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
• Manage cooperation with external suppliers and electrical maintenance service providers.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading a maintenance team
• Experience with PLCs, programming, and automation desired
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
