Senior Tax Analyst

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based in our Scottsdale office.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal, state income tax returns, estimates, and extensions for consolidated and standalone entities.
• Assist with federal and state tax inquiries and audits.

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions.

• Manage and maintain federal and state fixed assets books in BNA.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual indirect tax filings and federal exercise tax returns.

• Prepare and maintain E&P schedules for various entities.

• Assist with tax planning and other special projects as they arise.

• Perform tax research on various topics including but not limited to US federal and state income tax, international tax, indirect tax, and payroll tax as needed.

• Prepare various foreign forms included in the federal consolidated filings such as form 5472. Prepare FATCA related filings such as various 1042s.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Master’s degree in taxation or CPA a plus.
• 3 + year experience in public accounting or corporate tax department.

• Experience with OneSource Income Tax software preferred but not required.

• Able to work independently and also as a team player. Strong work ethic a must.

• Ability to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines consistently while working on multiple tasks without sacrificing quality of work.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
