Position Specific Description
Come join our marketing team! We are seeking a high energy Senior Product Marketing Strategist on our Enterprise Marketing team. This position will be responsible for developing B2B online and offline campaign strategies, managing budgets, analyzing marketing metrics and assisting the field Sales team in booking new business. In this hands-on role, they will develop strategic vision while also executing tactical activities to get the job done. Key aspects of the role include email marketing, social media marketing, sales collateral creation, copywriting, and marketing data manipulation. This person is responsible for managing event logistics including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, budget management, advertising and sponsorship opportunities and post-event lead and communication management. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively, offering insights and solutions to achieve sales targets. This position reports to the Manager of Marketing.
- Must have demonstrated strong written and communication skills.
- Content Management System and Marketing Automation experience required.
- Ability to create and analyze reports from a database to draw conclusions.
- Experience with developing and managing to a budget.
- Experience with SalesForce and Hubspot preferred.
- Energy industry experience preferred.
Job Overview
Employees in this role oversee the marketing efforts for a broad portfolio of products/programs that may include direct accountability for delivering annual sales or enrollment goals. Employees exercise high levels of decision-making and budget authority and present program KPIs regularly at the executive or senior leadership.
In this hands-on role, you will be working within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and HubSpot, playing a critical role in driving effective and engaging email marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives and brand guidelines. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and leverage your expertise in marketing automation and email best practices to nurture prospects and enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives and brand guidelines.
- Implement Automated Journeys: Design and implement automated journeys for multiple audiences to nurture active and inactive prospects, ensuring timely and relevant communication.
- Configuring Automation Rules and Segmentation Lists: Utilize marketing automation tools to configure rules and segmentation lists based on prospect categories, effectively managing the prospect database.
- Analyze and Interpret Campaign Metrics: Monitor and analyze email marketing campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Provide actionable insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers and subject matter experts to coordinate assets and content for email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all email marketing campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act requirements, privacy laws and data protection regulations.
- Budget Management: You will manage the Marketing spend for multiple brands across the country.
Ideal Requirements:
- B2B Marketing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing,
- HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design: Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design for email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
