Youth Haven Services is a comprehensive mental health agency specializing in children, adolescents, and their families. Due to growth in our services, we currently have a weekend crisis stabilization house manager position open to serve clients in Rockingham County at our Faith House. This position will be responsible for working two 12-hour shifts and counting in the staff to client ratio. This position will work 24 hours each weekend but be paid for 40 hours (salary position). This position will be responsible for the overall operations of the house from 7 am Saturday morning until 7 am Monday morning. The weekend supervisor would also be responsible for hiring, scheduling, filing in, and making sure that the house is in the appropriate staff to client ratio.

We are a CARF accredited, CABHA (Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency) serving Rockingham, Guilford, Caswell, Stokes and surrounding counties.
Position: Full-time Crisis Stabilization Weekend House Manager
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Work experience: A minimum of two (2) years of documented experience working with the population served is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of community resources; communication skills (written and verbal); background/training/experience, competencies in the use of a personal computer (word processing/excel), electronic health record, photocopier and fax machine; organizational abilities; prioritization skills; flexibility; ability to multitask; ability to develop productive relationships; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to develop responsible decisions and exercise sound judgment. Takes direction well and demonstrates initiative. Ability to manage staff and be a role model and mentor.
Supervisory Relationship: Responsible to the Crisis Stabilization Program Manager
Summary Duties/Responsibilities: CSTP Weekend Supervisor is responsible for the overall weekend operations of the crisis stabilization house and ensures all shifts are adequately staffed with trained and equipped staff. These responsibilities are during the weekend hours, starting Saturday at 7 AM and ending on Monday at 7 AM.
