Job Description
The essential function of this position is to provide advanced administrative, organizational, fiscal, and clerical support to the Director of Human Resources. This role involves managing a variety of tasks with moderate responsibility, including coordinating office operations and ensuring efficient administrative support. The position works independently under general supervision, with responsibility for developing work methods and processes to achieve objectives effectively.

 

Education and Training Guidelines
Education – Bachelor’s degree. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.

Experience – Two years of work experience in human resources, business administration, office skills, or related field. Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis. 

Certification and Special Requirements –Valid Florida State Driver’s License required.
