Program Manager II - Clinical Trials Management System - Office of Research Services

The Program Manager II is responsible for providing administrative, operational and programmatic oversight for the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for the Office of Research Services (ORS). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the central Oncore team and help research teams across the enterprise. The person in this role will have the ability to drive task completion, monitor resource allocation and track issue resolution.
- The OnCore Program Manager will oversee the central team and help research teams in adapting OnCore in their daily workflow.
- The program manager will collaborate with the various clinical department and research offices across the enterprise to ensure successful utilization of CTMS.
- Program Manager will also collaborate with research IT to roll out integration between research systems and OnCore.
- Build strong relationship with all the departments, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and team members
- Work with SMEs, project leadership and department to complete workflow decisions, documentation and supporting polices
- Independently implements new or revised program goals, strategies and objectives to sustain and grow programs and services
- Prepare metrics and system utilization reports for CTMS for the senior leadership
- Program Manager will also be responsible for providing business as well as technical oversight for participant payment (Advarra system for managing study related reimbursements).
- Develop/Enhance training for the research community
- Develops and schedules a program work plan in accordance with specifications, objectives and oversees daily operations and coordinates program activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.
- Maintains liaison with staff in other departments to coordinate program activities and training; to accomplish program objectives; and to ensure cooperative efforts are enhanced and available resources are utilized.
- Performs other related duties.
- Bachelor's degree or greater preferred, or combination of applicable experience and education
- 7+ years of related experience
