The Sr. Manager, FM Learning and Development plays a vital role, responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining training programs that enhance operational capabilities and ensure compliance. This role collaborates closely with SMEs and stakeholders across FM and the CoE to identify training needs, develop engaging learning materials, and oversee delivery methodologies. The role ensures that training records are accurately maintained, certifications are up-to-date, and programs are continuously reviewed for relevance and effectiveness. Acting as a key enabler in fostering a learning culture, the role supports the broader organizational effort to build skills, embed best practices, and sustain operational excellence across FM.

The candidate for this role will have:

  • Consistent track record of leading large teams, handling multiple projects, and driving organizational change through learning initiatives
  • Deep understanding of learning principles, instructional design, digital learning platforms, and blended learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance training, technical training, and soft skills development
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training efficiency, and organizational impact.

Key relationships include (but not limited): senior leadership, quality, compliance and regulatory, HR, Site/ Business units, leaders, training, IT, supplier/service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Facilities Management (FM) training, collaborating with SMEs to identify training needs and develop curricula.
  • Lead the creation and ongoing development of training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Implement processes for training delivery, including uploading content, scheduling sessions, and managing logistics.
  • Conduct regular reviews of training materials to ensure continuous improvement and reflection of organizational update
