Requirements
As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will perform property maintenance/repairs as needed/requested by residents and/or property management staff. Property maintenance/repair duties may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, etc. Perform exterior maintenance including roof, parking lot, and pool/recreation area, snow removal, trash pick-up, etc. Additionally, you will perform duties to turn apartments and ensure that move-in standards are met. Parkside Apartments (225 Units) is a beautiful apartment community in Gresham, OR and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!
To thrive in this role:
One plus year’s relevant experience, multi-family a plus, 100 or more units
Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
Employees must provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work one weekend day per week with the capability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation
Bonus Skills
Preferred licenses include: Pool License
