Join our team as a construction leader responsible for driving successful project execution from the field. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers while leading field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners to deliver high-quality work safely and on schedule. You’ll oversee daily operations including planning, staffing, scheduling, and site logistics, while ensuring alignment with project plans, budgets, and client expectations. This role requires strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to manage jobsite activities, maintain compliance, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $127,000 - $170,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
