About the Department:

Our FP&A Revenue team plays a critical role in supporting and advising on revenue forecasting and reporting for the iconic Avis and Budget car rental brands. Analysts here dive deep into data, uncover trends, and enable smarter decision-making across the business.

This role is central to driving profitability and offers great exposure to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and commercial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting revenue budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for Spain and Portugal
• Managing and owning month-end revenue reporting templates
• Delivering insightful monthly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards using QlikView, Tableau, and PBCS
• Presenting actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions
• Attending and contributing to forecasting review calls
• Partnering with the commercial team to influence business decisions through data
• Forecasting revenue-related costs and analysing performance against targets
• Supporting the commercial team with SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) targets and results analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree-qualified in Business, Economics, Science, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Skilled in BI tools like QlikView, Tableau, and PBCS
• FP&A or Finance experience
• Strong communicator – able to clearly present complex information to senior stakeholders
