Full Stack Engineer - Treasury Alt

Position Overview

We are seeking hands-on Full Stack Engineers to build our next-generation solutions. The ideal candidate is a skilled programmer, with forward-thinking and problem-solving skills and able to independently own the full software development lifecycle. They possess excellent communication and are highly collaborative with team members, business stakeholders and project managers to understand the problem statement. They have the passion and aptitude to quickly learn business and engineering concepts and embrace new technologies and methodologies to build world-class solutions on time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for full lifecycle of development tasks, including analysis, design and coding of business-related solutions, as well as core architectural changes, with an Agile approach.

• Understand changing priorities and be forward-thinking in context switching, resulting in software delivered to tight deadlines.

• Participate and contribute to the product road map, design discussions and code reviews.

• Collect and analyze business requirements, communicate effectively and build positive relationships with team members and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or another STEM field.

• 2-5+ years of proven full-stack development expertise with both scripting and OOP programming languages (Python, Java). Familiarity with basic relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with various JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, and Angular). Ability to adapt to new frameworks and libraries as needed.

• Experience in developing, deploying, and troubleshooting applications in both Linux and Windows environments. This includes familiarity with command-line interfaces, scripting, and system administration tasks on both platforms.

• Passion for clean, maintainable code and are always seeking to improve their engineering and products skills in a fast-paced, changing environments.

Pluses:

• Experience with an agile software delivery environment, with Git and exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Docker, Jenkins)

• Experience with container and cloud development (AWS, GCP, Azure) and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, EventHub, Azure Service Bus).

• Financial background and Trade Floor experience.

Pay Range

$110,000 – $130,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
