In this role, you will deliver exceptional group therapy and support our mission to improve mental health outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their therapeutic journeys, fostering resilience and self-efficacy. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, innovative, and flexible environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Focus on Outcomes:</strong> Deliver evidence-based group therapy using practices such as DBT, CBT, and ACT to help patients build tools for long-term mental health.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Across Teams:</strong> Partner with clinicians, case managers, and external providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.</li> <li><strong>Drive Operational Excellence:</strong> Maintain comprehensive treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and adhere to HIPAA and all relevant compliance regulations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p> <ul> <li>Patients report improved well-being, emotional regulation, and increased confidence in managing their mental health.</li> <li>Effective collaboration with care teams results in seamless patient experiences and measurable clinical improvements.</li> <li>Consistent achievement of performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pre or Post licensed therapists in Massachusetts.</li> <li>Minimum of one year of clinical experience in higher levels of care, such as PHP, IOP, inpatient, psychiatric emergency rooms, or residential settings.</li> <li>Experience facilitating group therapy and confidence in crisis i
