What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of CIBC’s Loan Operations team, you’ll work in a fast-paced back-office operational environment where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives. As a Specialist , you’ll be accountable for providing professional and timely support by completing a thorough review of consumer and commercial loan documents and processing paid loan reports and partial release requests from internal stakeholders (e.g. Banking Centers, LOB and Loan Closers) and ensuring the collateral release is prepared timely and in accordance to policies and procedures for processing. You will work with the Line of Business to ensure LOB satisfaction and productivity standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met or exceeded by following well-defined procedures and guidelines and escalating issues as appropriate. This is currently a Hybrid Schedule however, may be adjusted in the future to align with the Bank and department needs.
