Aimie, our AI digital assistant, relies on Trillions $ BtoB transactions aggregated into the giant Sidetrade’s Datalake to predict the payment behaviour of 21m+ corporate buyers across the globe, make immediately actionable recommendations to the end users and deliver unique business ROI to financial departments.</p><p><br/></p> <p>Our flagship product, Augmented Cash, is already ranked in the top 3 WWW Leaders by GartnerTM <a href="https://go.sidetrade.com/GartnerMagicQuadrant22.html" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank"><strong>https://go.sidetrade.com/GartnerMagicQuadrant22.ht.</strong></a> We’re fast-paced, pursue excellence in everything, and have much fun along the way!</p><p>Platform 6 is a unique platform to develop, package and run applications involving business-to-business transactions combining data transformation, automated processes and user actions.<br/> It is the easiest way for developers at startups, systems integrators and corporate IT divisions tobuild enterprise-class decentralized applications related to structured business document exchanges.</p><br/><p>You will work within an Agile development environment across our full technology platform:</p><ul> <li>Design, build and improve our internal hybrid/ virtualized infrastructure to offer our developers a Terraform / Ansible hosting platform based on HyperV and Azure, AWS, DigitalOcean and OVH<strong>.</strong> </li> <li>You will work in our IT team and you will liaise closely with multi-discipline development squads and other SRE’s to setup such infrastructure.</li> <li>Proposal / development of solutions to modernize and automate existing processes and infrastructure, to maximize the scalability and availability of our platforms and services</li> </ul><ul> <li>Measure, monitor availability, latency and overall system health, and understanding trends and capabilities of the service as per of our key performance indicators. We need to have the platform up and running at all times.</li> <li>Support implementation of secure design principles according to policies and standards of Information Security.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>A strong and demonstrable passion for constantly learning and continuously improving in familiarity with industry leading DevOps/SRE best practices and technologies.</p><ul> <li>You have 5 years+ experience in :<ul> <li>Developing or operating mission-critical systems</li> <li>Setup and use of IaC provisioning and deployment tools such as Terraform and Ansible</li> <li>Scripting skills with Shell;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Good knowledge of automation tools</li> <li>Good general knowledge of network security (Firewalling, application protection);</li> <li>Good knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, grafana, etc.)</li> <li>Good knowledge of Linux and Windows systems</li> <li>Good knowledge about DNS, DHCP, IPAM, TCP/IP network architectures, HTTP/HTTPS and other Internet protocols.</li> <li>Concepts and associated tools around containerised and virtualised environments such as Rancher / Kubernetes</li> <li>You worked before with HyperV virtualization technology and Microsoft Azure</li> <li>Experience with CouchDB </li> </ul> <ul> <li>You are aware of security constraints linked to our ISO27001 certification and attached to the roles and responsibilities of this position.</li> <li>Required to have great problem-solving skills and being able to work efficiently on your own</li> <li>You speak English fluently, French a plus.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>In your new role- within 90 days, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Attend the Sidetrade New Hire Bootcamp, where you will learn about our company mission, vision story and understand what makes Sidetrade unique.</li> <li>You will learn all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact quickly.</li> <li>Review your onboarding plan with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve your goals.</li> </ul> <p>Sidetrade is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind: Sidetrade is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.</p>
